Orders/Shipping



  • When will my order ship?

  • Once payment is received between 24-72 hrs, your order will be processed within 5-7 business days not including holidays. After which it will be shipped.


  •  Where is my tracking number?
  •    

    Your tracking number along with order confirmation will be emailed to you granted you have provided a valid email address. Ensure to check your spam folder.


  • How long will my order take to get to me?

  • Shipping will take 5-10 business days not including holidays and may vary due to Covid-19 restrictions.


  • What shipping courier do you use?

  • Do you do local delivery? If so, how much does it cost?
  •  

    Yes, we currently deliver via personal vehicle to Mississauga and Brampton in Ontario, Canada on Fridays only.

    If your order for local delivery is not placed by the night before by 5pm EST, your order will not be delivered in that same week via personal vehicle. Local delivery fees cost $7 CDN and are subject to change. If weather conditions, emergencies or holidays fall on a Friday, then your order will be delivered by the next business day unless otherwise communicated.

     

     

  • Do you ship internationally?
  •  

    Yes, we currently only ship internationally to the USA, however, we plan to expand this option in 2022 to accommodate more countries.


  • How can I track my order?

  • Once you have completed your order, you will receive a tracking number to track your parcel once it has been shipped.


  • Do you sell gift cards?

  • Not at the current time, however, we are looking into that option as a possibility in the future.


    Returns/Lost Package


  • I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

  • We do not support returns at this time, however, all inquiries can be forwarded to parchedbeauty@gmail.com.


  • Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

  • We do not support exchanges, however, all inquiries can be forwarded to  parchedbeauty@gmail.com


  • I have not received my order and it has been 20 business days. What do I do?

  • Follow up with the shipping courier and if product has been lost or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, then please forward all inquiries to parchedbeauty@gmail.com

  • Is this oil made with organic ingredients?

  • This oil is made with the finest natural and organic ingredients from around the world. Parched Beauty is dedicated to ensuring a luxurious experience that only the highest grade of ingredients can deliver.


  •  Can this oil be warmed up?
  •  

    Yes it can, however, it is best to separate the amount to be heated from the original container as to minimize any possible effects over time of the product.


  •  Why is this oil forest green in color?
  •  

    Due to the active ingredient and color of the Moringa Powder, this oil takes on an emerald/forest hue.


  •  How long before I see results?
  •  

    This is solely dependent on each individual and their routine, consistency, technique and overall health. Customers have voiced seeing improvement to the overall health of their hair in as little as two weeks.


  •  What is the best way to use this product?

  • On thoroughly clean, heavily damp, detangled hair, prior to styling.
